Return Claim Guidelines

To process any return claims, customers are required to:

  1. Record a 360-degree video of the parcel opening.
  2. Clearly show that the shipment is sealed and unopened from all sides in a single shot.
  3. Highlight the specific fault or issue in the video.

Note : Claims will only be accepted if the video meets these requirements and is shared with us on the same day as delivery.
