Q. Camera going offline after some time
Answer: There are 3 possible reasons
- Camera provides temporary hotspot (MVXXXXXXXX); This is only for WiFi setup propose, It can't be use for watching live. If the phone is connected to camera hotspot it will go offline after some time.
- If you are using mobile hotspot to provide internet then make sure the mobile hotspot is always near the camera.
- WiFi Range- Ideal Installation Location is within 15-20 Feet (with no interference) from WiFi Device. It's HD video camera and needs high quality WiFi network & high internet speed.
