Few indigenous (Bhartiya) cow breeds are Sahiwal, Gir, Khillar, Rathi, Tharparkar, Gangatiri, Konkan Gidda, Punganur, Hallikar, Dangi, Haryanvi, Lal Kandhari, Pahari, Dhanni, Red Sindhi, Kankrej, Deoni, Ongole, Umblachery, Bargur and Kangayam.
Just Cow Cuddling slower our heart rate and boost Oxytocin (social bonding hormone) to reduce stress.
But sadly, many of these valuable breeds are on the verge of extinction for not compliant to modern world KPIs (Produce high milk OR die).
